In the interest of further stoking the speculative fanboy fires with absolutely nothing to back it up, I hereby announce what I expect Apple to announce on Tuesday:
A 10" iPhone-like Netbook/Tablet class machine with a 128GB SSD and an OS X update that allows wireless booting of a desktop, hence allowing you to move your life around on the iBook (note the repurposing of the old name, given the iPhone OS) as if it were an OS X Server mobile profile. Oh, and its got the ability to support an external keyboard, _and_ a new mouse that looks like a finger.
That is all.
On the flip side, if Apple ever _did_ produce such a thing, I would pay upwards of $5000 for it, because HANDS OFF POSERS.

This (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123051100709638419.html?mod=todays_us_page_one) is not clever. For one, just keep saying 2010! 2010! 2010! until the year passes and you've got to go find some other Zippy-esque chant.
But for two, assuming the US _does_ break up, why in the name of Zeus' Butthole would California, Oregon and Washington align themselves with Proposition8-backing, "men kissing"-Google-trending UTAH.
If Chewbacca is a Wookiee, you must acquit. It just doesn't make sense.
This, however, is _still_ clever: http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/200x/2004/11/04/NewNorthAmerica
As is this, where by clever, I mean top 5 funny on the net ever: http://fuckthesouth.com/
(FTW, the funniest thing ever posted on the net is a Car & Driver review of the Cadillac Escalade. Period.)
